WOW! Where has this busy summer gone?

Murray Dental Building on Asbury

--Our Murray Dental Building project is now complete.  We’re very happy with the results. Check it out and see what you think.

New - A Pondless Waterfall???:

--Our HUGE waterfall project in Barrington Lakes is also complete.  We took an empty hillside, about 50’ long, and turned it into the greatest water feature you can imagine.

--Tall grasses, roses, flowers, sitting areas, lots of waterfalls, it’s got everything except a pond!!  It’s a pondless waterfall!  Yes, most of the days were hot & humid. But we loved every bit of it. The results are definitely worth it. This will be open for viewing during my Parade of Ponds in September.

A Small Pond Project in Asbury.

--We also just finished a small pond in Asbury.  The lady just bought the house and moved in. The old owners left her a small, dank, and very smelly, black pond.  We took that junk out and installed our Aquascape System.  Now she has a waterfall with lights, and she can actually see the bottom of the pond, she loves it.  This will also be open for viewing during my Parade of Ponds.

Another Small Pond in Galena.

--Coming next week will be a small waterfall and pond in Galena.  The owners took out a small preformed jobby and asked for something better.  Of course, we’ll give them just exactly what they want.  This one will also be open for viewing during the Parade of Ponds.

DUBUQUE’S 2nd ANNUAL
 OFFICIAL PARADE OF PONDS

Presented by
KATHY SPEAR LANDSCAPING

--Kathy Spear’s Parade of Ponds with held the same weekends as Dubuque’s Parade of Homes.

--This year the Parade of Ponds will be Saturday, September 17th and Saturday, September 24th.

--Aquascape ponds built during the last 3 years will be open for viewing. Some are “do it yourself“ projects, others Kathy and her crew built. But they are all spectacular; sizes from 8x10 ft. to 15x25 ft. some with small streams, some with streams that run across or down the entire yard.  Wooden bridges, stone bridges, or just a stepping stone, the variety is endless! And, of course, this years’ show stopper, the 50’ Pondless Waterfall in Barrington Lakes!

--Ponds are located all over Dubuque, from West of Cuba City, South to Bellevue, and North to Holy Cross.

--Kathy will have maps, addresses and pond information available on September 10th.

--Be sure to tour Kathy’s ponds when you pick up your maps.

Happy Pondering!
